UTAS China Operation _ ACE Function Intern Position

Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
ACE Implementation Assistant (Position requires: Full time one, if part time 2)
· Participate and facilitate the ACE training and events
· Assist ACE Pilot to collect and consolidate event preparation information
· Study and learn ACE Operating System and Lean Transformation
· Provide creative thinking and knowledge share on ACE Implementation and Supplier process improvement activities
· Handle other assistant work assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
· At least 3 days per week, full time is preferred
· Student from top ranking Chinese Universities, preferred majored in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Process Engineering
· Proficient in English writing, reading and speaking
· Good knowledge of office software
· Self-driven, detail-oriented and well organized
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
