在2026年7月6日至7月31日期间，西安交通大学国际月“西交•通全球”暑期学校（XJTISS）将以线上形式举办数智融合——力学进展前沿专题讲座。本次讲座旨在根据力学研究现状和国家重大需求导向，精心策划了9场主题课程，内容涵盖力学科研思想、分支学科、科学前沿及相关工程应用。主要内容包括摩擦磨损密封研究进展、基础设施工程可靠性、结构健康监测和桥梁管理、有限元方法、梁抗震研究等。为课程参与者提供全面而丰富的学习体验。

主讲人简介：

王泉教授

王泉，结构工程学与力学专家，加拿大工程院院士，加拿大皇家科学院院士，欧洲科学与艺术学院院士，欧洲人文和自然科学院院士，俄罗斯工程院外籍院士，南方科技大学讲席教授，汕头大学执行校长，东北大学工程结构动力学研究中心主任。

王泉于1984年7月—1988年7月就读于浙江大学，毕业后获得工程力学理学学士学位；1988年7月—1991年7月就读于北京大学，毕业后获得固体力学理学硕士学位；1991年7月—1994年7月就读于北京大学，毕业后获得固体力学博士学位；1999年—2001年任新加坡国立大学助理教授；2002年—2003年任新加坡国立大学副教授；2003年—2006年任美国中佛罗里达大学副教授；2006年—2015年历任加拿大曼尼托巴大学副教授、教授；2015年当选为加拿大工程院院士；2015年—2016年任阿联酋哈里发大学教授；2016年当选为加拿大皇家科学院院士；2016年—2017年任香港城市大学讲席教授；2017年任南方科技大学讲席教授，同年入选“深圳市高层次杰出人才”；2018年11月任汕头大学执行校长，同年当选为欧洲科学与艺术学院院士 [2]；2019年当选为欧洲人文和自然科学院院士；2022年当选为俄罗斯工程院外籍院士，7月任东北大学工程结构动力学研究中心主任。

王泉长期从事结构工程、力学和智能材料方面的研究。王泉为结构健康监测和结构修复领域的资深专家，在结构健康监测和维修，纳米技术和能量采集等方面研究做出了一系列原创性工作，取得了令人瞩目的学术成就。

韩卫忠副教授

韩卫忠，香港城市大学副教授，国家青年专家，国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发专项等。主要研究领域为金属材料辐照损伤机理、金属材料变形损伤机理和高性能金属设计与制备等。

钱克矛副教授

钱克矛博士，南洋理工大学副教授。长期从事计算光学测量研究，出版专著两部，获选OPTICA和SPIE两大光学学会会士，Optics and Photonics Society of Singapore主席 (2020-2023)，Optics and Lasers in Engineering 期刊编辑。对教育工作怀有浓厚兴趣，参与发起和组织计算光学测量及其教育国际研讨会，迄今已连续举办五次。

叶海隆教授

叶海隆教授现为香港大学梁卓堂杰出青年教授、博士生导师。他在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学取得博士学位，曾入选欧盟“玛丽·居里”学者人才计划，科睿唯安世界前1%科学家榜单。他的研究涉及绿色低碳胶凝材料和混凝土的劣化机理与设计理论等方面的基础研究。近五年主持国家省部级和香港特区项目十余项。出版英文学术专著1部，发表SCI论文170余篇，授权专利20余项，论文总被引8000余次，获教育部自然科学奖和香港工程师学会卓越结构工程奖。叶海隆教授现担任美国土木工程师学会刊物《ASCE Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering》、Elsevier期刊《CEMENT》、Springer 期刊《Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Engineering》的副主编。

王刚锋教授

王刚锋教授是西安交通大学航天航空学院工程力学系教授，获得国家杰青。

Magd Abdel Wahab教授

马格德·阿卜杜勒·瓦哈卜教授是比利时根特大学机械制造与生产系的应用力学教授。他于1988年获得开罗大学土木工程学士学位，并于1991年获得结构力学硕士学位。瓦哈卜教授于1995年在比利时鲁汶大学获得断裂力学博士学位。2008年，他获得萨里大学理学博士学位。他在固体力学和结构动力学领域发表了240多篇科学论文和技术报告。他的研究方向包括断裂力学、损伤力学、材料疲劳、耐久性以及结构动力学和振动。

张立海教授

张立海是墨尔本大学基础设施保护与管理教授，也是基础设施工程系工程管理学科的带头人。他以其在变形多孔介质中流体流动、质量传递和反应迁移的数值模拟以及工程可靠性分析方面的专业知识而闻名。

张教授拥有新加坡国立大学工程硕士学位。在工业界十年的成功经验后，他于2009年获得墨尔本大学博士学位。他的研究工作主要集中在基于可靠性的基础设施建设生命周期评估，涵盖建筑覆层受冰雹冲击的影响、建筑材料腐蚀以及使用先进无损检测技术进行结构健康监测。值得一提的是，他在跨学科研究方面的专业知识使他在解决生物医学工程领域，尤其是在骨科生物力学和力学生物学领域的复杂问题方面拥有领先优势和独特视角。张教授是莫纳什大学莫纳什健康学院临床科学学院的兼职教授。

蒋程高级讲师

蒋博士于2021年加入西悉尼大学，现任基础设施工程中心高级讲师和ARC DECRA研究员。他于2011年获得东南大学学士学位，并于2017年获得香港城市大学博士学位。此前，他曾在香港理工大学从事博士后研究。加入西悉尼大学之前，他曾担任日本东京大学JSPS国际研究员。

Xi'an Jiaotong University International Month - XJTU Global Summer School (XJTISS)

Preview of Special Lectures on topics from traditional mechanics to smart mechanics

From July 6 to July 31, 2026, the Xi'an Jiaotong University International Month "Xi'an Jiaotong Global" Summer School (XJTISS) will hold online lectures on topics from digital intelligent fusion: advances in mechanics. This lecture aims to carefully plan thematic courses based on the current status of mechanics research and the orientation of major national needs, covering mechanics research ideas, sub-disciplines, scientific frontiers and related engineering applications. The main contents include research progress on friction and wear seals, reliability of infrastructure engineering, structural health monitoring and bridge management, finite element method, isogeometric analysis, etc. Provide a comprehensive and rich learning experience for course participants.

Expert Profile：

Professor Quan Wang received his BS (Solid Mechanics) from Zhejiang University in 1988, his MEng (Solid Mechanics) in 1991 and PhD. (Solid Mechanics) in 1994 both from Peking University. He is now the Executive Vice-President of Shantou University. He has been an assistant professor, associate professor, professor and chair professor at the National University of Singapore, the University of Central Florida, University of Manitoba, City University of Hong Kong as well as Southern University of Science and Technology since 1999 respectively.

Based on his outstanding academic achievements, Prof. Wang was inducted to the Royal Society of Canada and the Canadian Academy of Engineering in 2016 and 2015 respectively. He was also elected as a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts in 2018, as well as a member of the European Academy of Science in 2019. He has been a fellow of several international professional societies such as the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the Institute of Physics. He was awarded the Exceptional Alumni of Peking University 2013-2015, the International Friendship Award of Liaoning Provence in 2017, the Outstanding Talent Award of Shenzhen City in 2017 and the Blaise Pascal Medal of the European Academy of Sciences in Engineering in 2019. In addition, he has served as an Associate Editor and/or an editorial board member for a dozen of renowned international journals such as International Journal of mechanical science, et al.

Prof. Wang is an influential scholar in his research areas of energy harvesting, smart materials and nanotechnology.

Professor Hailong Ye, Ir Professor Hailong Ye is the Leung Cheuk Tong Outstanding Young Professor and an Associate Professor of Structural Engineering at The University of Hong Kong (HKU). He holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, specializing in cement chemistry and sustainable concrete technology. Prof. Ye’ has authored more than 150 journal papers and holds 10 patents in this area. His work has been cited over 7,000 times and was recognized with prestigious awards, including the Natural Science Award from The Ministry of Education of China and the R&D Award of The HKIE Structural Division.

Dr Qian Kemao is currently in the College of Computing & Data Science, Nanyang Technological University. He received his Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1994, 1997 and 2000, respectively. His research interests include Optical metrology, image processing and computer animation.

Professor Prof. Weizhong Han, Weizhong Han is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering/Department of Mechanical Engineering in City University of Hong Kong. He received his BSc in Physics from Shanxi Normal University (China) in 2003 and PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (China) in 2008. He then joined the Monash University as a Research Fellow from 2008-2010 and moved to Los Alamos National Laboratory as a postdoc fellow from 2010 to 2013. He joined the School of Materials Science and Engineering/State Key Laboratory for Mechanical Behaivor of Materias as a full professor from 2014-2025. He was the Excellent Young Talents Recruited from Oversea (2015) and awarded the Excellent Young Scientist Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2019. Prof. Han’s primary research interests are the mechanical behavior of metallic structural materials, irradiation effects, and design of high performance advanced structural materials for extreme environments. He has made contributions including proposing the concept of dislocation source efficiency, discovering that the relative mobility of screw versus edge dislocations as a dominant factor governs the ductile-to-brittle transition in body-centered cubic metals, elucidating the critical roles of point-defect complexes on anomalous irradiation hardening and oxygen/helium/hydrogen embrittlement, and revealing interface-mediated mechanisms for tuning the strength-toughness balance and irradiation resistance in metallic materials.

· Professor Gang-Feng Wang, Prof. Gang-Feng Wang is a professor of engineering mechanics in the Department of Engineering Mechanics, School of Aerospace Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He received The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars.

· Professor Magd Abdel Wahab, Prof. Magd Abdel Wahab is a Professor of Applied Mechanics in the Department of Mechanical Construction and Production at Ghent University, Belgium. He received his BSc, 1988, in Civil Engineering and his MSc, 1991, in Structural Mechanics, both from Cairo University. Prof Wahab completed his PhD in Fracture Mechanics in 1995 at KU Leuven, Belgium. He was awarded a Doctor of Science degree from the University of Surrey in 2008. He has published more than 240 scientific papers and technical reports in Solid Mechanics and Dynamics of Structures. His research interests include fracture mechanics, damage mechanics, fatigue of materials, durability, and dynamics and vibration of structures.

· Lihai Zhang Professor, Lihai Zhang is a Professor of Infrastructure Protection & Management and the Leader of Engineering Management Discipline in the Department of Infrastructure Engineering at The University of Melbourne. He is best known for his expertise in numerical modelling of fluid flow, mass transfer, and reactive transport in deformed porous media as well as engineering reliability analysis. Prof Zhang received his Master of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore. Following a successful ten-year career in industry, he obtained his PhD from the University of Melbourne in 2009. His research work focuses primarily on reliability-based life-cycle assessment of built infrastructure encompassing building cladding subjected to hailstorm impact, corrosion of construction materials, and structural health monitoring using advanced non-destructive testing techniques. Notably, his expertise in interdisciplinary research gives him a leading advantage and a unique perspective in solving complex problems in Biomedical Engineering, particularly in Orthopaedic Biomechanics & Mechano-Biology. Prof Zhang is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Clinical Sciences at Monash Health, Monash University.

· Cheng Jiang Senior Lecturer, Dr. Jiang joined Western Sydney University in 2021 and is currently a Senior Lecturer and ARC DECRA Fellow in the Centre for Infrastructure Engineering. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Southeast University in 2011 and his Ph. D. degree from City University of Hong Kong in 2017.  He did his postdoctoral research at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before joining WSU, he held the position of JSPS International Fellow at The University of Tokyo in Japan.
